The TekBench HEX-6 Woodworkers & Metalworkers Bench is a collaborative, industrial-grade workstation designed to support six users, making it ideal for school workshops, colleges, training centres and engineering environments where group working and durability are essential.
Featuring a 1600mm hexagonal work surface with an overall footprint of 1845mm x 1600mm, this innovative bench layout promotes shared access and effective teamwork. The bench is supplied complete with three Spear & Jackson 7” quick-release vices, providing secure clamping for practical woodworking and metalworking activities.
The worktop features a 25mm thick phenolic surface bonded to a marine-grade plywood core, reinforced with an additional 25mm build-up to create the appearance and strength of a 50mm thick top. The dark-coloured phenolic surface delivers exceptional strength, is moisture resistant, and provides a highly durable, hard-wearing finish. It is resistant to chemicals, oils and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for demanding workshop environments.
A heavy-duty steel frame with 75mm (3”) legs ensures outstanding stability and long-term reliability, backed by a lifetime frame guarantee for complete peace of mind.
