Gym Time© Starter Pack
The Gym Time© Starter Pack is a compact, versatile modular gymnastics system developed with a British Gymnastics Coach and endorsed by British Gymnastics. Designed specifically for schools where space is limited, this pack provides a flexible solution for delivering high-quality gymnastics lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Part of the wider Gym Time© range, the Starter Pack includes compatible trestles, tops and linking equipment that can be configured in multiple ways to create progressive circuits and skill-based activities. Smaller trestle sizes are ideal for younger pupils, while varied working heights support skill development and confidence building.
Manufactured with larger-diameter tubing to enhance grip and maintain strength without unnecessary weight, the apparatus is both durable and easy to manoeuvre. A unique fastening system enables pupils to assist safely with setup, promoting independence and teamwork. Large rubber feet provide excellent stability, preventing movement during use.
The system has been carefully designed to eliminate finger, limb and head traps, aligning with National Curriculum PE requirements and remaining compatible with traditional gymnastics equipment.
Each Starter Pack is supplied with a downloadable Gym Time© Teacher Support Resource, offering suggested layouts, worksheets and warm-up music — ideal for supporting non-specialist teachers in delivering engaging and progressive gymnastics sessions.
