The Airone 1000RS Mobile Filtration Fume Cabinet is a fully mobile, self-contained filtration fume cupboard designed specifically for schools, colleges and educational laboratories. Tested by CLEAPSS and designed to comply with BS EN 17242 for Filtration Fume Cabinets and G9 guidance for school fume cupboards, it provides a safe and flexible solution for practical science teaching.
Unlike traditional ducted systems, the Airone 1000RS uses advanced carbon filtration technology, eliminating the need for costly ductwork and reducing ongoing energy consumption. Its fully mobile design allows the cabinet to be moved between classrooms and teaching spaces, while a stainless steel tether provides additional security during use.
The clear laminated glass sides, rear and counterbalanced sliding sash provide exceptional 360° visibility, making the unit ideal for classroom demonstrations. When the sash is lowered, airflow requirements are reduced, helping to minimise operational noise and improve communication during lessons.
