Description
The Airone 1000X2 Ducted Fume Cupboard is a high-performance ducted extraction system designed for science laboratories, preparation rooms and educational environments where hazardous fumes must be safely removed to atmosphere. Successfully tested by CLEAPSS and certified to BS EN 14175, the Airone 1000X2 provides reliable protection for staff and students whilst meeting the requirements of CLEAPSS G9 guidance.
Manufactured from durable epoxy-coated mild steel and featuring laminated safety glass side panels, the Airone 1000X2 is built to withstand the demands of busy school and college laboratories. A counterbalanced sliding front sash provides safe and easy operation, while the integrated bypass system helps maintain consistent airflow throughout the working aperture.
The cupboard is supplied complete with a polypropylene work surface, Vulcathene drip cup, remote water and natural gas services, electrical socket and support stand. Built-in LED lighting provides excellent visibility, and a low airflow alarm offers additional reassurance by alerting users to changes in extraction performance.
Designed for connection to an external extraction system, the Airone 1000X2 is ideal for laboratories requiring full ducted fume removal and compliance with recognised educational laboratory standards.
